  1. Go to https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/.
  2. Click on the active UAN (Universal Account Number).
  3.  A new page will appear on your screen. Enter UAN, Aadhaar, PAN and other details. Remember that it is important to enter some information. These are marked with red-colored astric.
  4. Click on 'Get Authorization PIN'. A new page will appear on your screen. In this, you will be asked to verify the details entered. OTP will be sent via SMS on your mobile.
  5. Enter OTP and click on 'Validate OTP and Activate UAN'. Once the UAN is activated, you will receive an SMS with a password. Use this password to log in to your account. You can change your password after logging in.

2. Via SMS

Step 2: Type EPFOHO UAN ENG in the right message box of your mobile.

You can log in at https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemberPassBook/Login. You can check the passbook by logging in using UAN and password.


4. Umang App


Download Umang App from Play Store or App Store. There are many government services available on this app. In this, after selecting the EPFO option, you have to select 'Employee Centric Service'. Now enter the UAN number. After this, you will get an OTP on your mobile. You can check the EPF balance under 'View Passbook'.
